Differences between RS and SRS:
- The lower part of the TM RS or TM SRS table stand is flexible to permit vertical and horizontal alignment. The long tube element ensures that the arrangement always looks elegant and tidy.
- The TM SRS has an additional gooseneck element at the upper end.
Differences between _U and _38:
- The __38 version, with its 3/8" socket at the lower end, can be mounted directly onto a 3/8" tap such as that of the ST 20-3/8 adapter, the T 5 table base or an STR support rod.
- The __U version has no cable, but an XLR3M plug directly at the bottom end.
In-table mounting:
- In-table stands are usually mounted using a TEF table flange. For a 420 mm long table stand, the rigid TEF-H version should be used.
- A complete table microphone set looks like this, for example:
- B 1 D popscreen
- MK 4 microphone capsule
- TM RS 420 E38 table stand
- ST 20-3/8 adapter
- TEF-H table flange
